Manual Therapy Return to Work

A Thought Experiment: Planning in the Age of COVID-19

What you can expect

  • A process oriented approach to self-assess your own physical, emotional, and mental inventory in returning back to work

  • A comprehensive, step-by-step workbook to guide you in a successful launch or relaunching of your business

  • An education in Standard Precaution Principles for creating a safe environment to work in, and invite others into with their safety in mind

Why this workbook exists

As educators and health care practitioners, we felt a “call-to-arms” to support the therapists in our community with the daunting task of even considering staying in or having to go back to practice with the many unknowns that faced us all in the new age of COVID-19. We found ourselves asking these questions to strive to make informed, and healthy decisions. We scoured resources to gather enough information to feel safe with protocols and procedures that could keep us all as safe as possible. The gathering of the external information and then the process of applying it to our practices was daunting. There was a lot more to this than just putting up signs and buying some new equipment. This is emotional. This is mental. It can feel like a mountain to climb without a map. Until now.

Who this workbook is for

This process-oriented approach asks thought provoking questions that apply to anyone who is going to go back to work and having to take into consideration new protocols and keeping themselves and their community safe from exposure - which means this book is pretty much for everyone!

Really though, if you’ve found your way here, you likely have had or are facing the same mountain we did. What we’ve created can make facing that mountain an empowered journey that you can grow and discover from. And make the best decisions you can.

We’re in this together.

We are building a community to offer support and resources to each other. Join us on social media, attend on-line live events, sign up for a consultation, or even have us come to your community for training and educational workshops.
