LATE ARRIVAL AND NO SHOW POLICY
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. A grace period of 10 minutes is provided, after which the appointment will be canceled, and 50% of the appointment fee will be charged. A link to reschedule will be sent following the cancellation.

If a client fails to attend the scheduled appointment, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

If a client does not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be canceled, and 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

For appointments included in a Symmetry Package, the missed session will be deducted from the package, and a new routine will be generated and made available in the client’s Alignsmart profile.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a non-refundable charge of 50% of the appointment fee, which will be applied to the credit card on file.

If a client cancels within 24 hours of the appointment start time, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number to provide services, respond to inquiries, and send relevant updates. This information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. You may opt out of receiving SMS communication at any point.

SMS TERMS OF SERVICE By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from NewPath Wellness. This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, lab notifications, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. TERMS & CLIENT AGREEMENT FOR TRACK PACKAGES

When you purchase a Track Package (Injury, Break Through, or Peak), you're enrolling in a personalized wellness journey—not just a bundle of sessions.

1. What You’re Signing Up For

Your first package starts with a 100-minute first session and a personalized treatment plan. We combine services (soft tissue therapy, posture work, movement, and more) based on your needs. NewPath determines what types of sessions are booked and in what order.

2. Your Role

To get results, you agree to:

• Attend appointments (24-hr notice required to reschedule)

• Complete home exercises and forms

• Stay engaged with your plan

3. Booking & Cancellations

You’ll be prompted to book your first session online after purchase. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice or may result in forfeited sessions.

4. Refund Policy

• Cancel ≥48 hours before your first visit = Refund (minus $100 administrative fee)

• After your first session = no refunds (your plan has already started)

5. Service Types

Your plan may include any mix of appointment types (45, 75, or 100-minute Office Visits, Symmetry Sessions, or Advanced Movement Session) and modalities (manual therapy, alignment, movement sessions, and corrective exercise). This is to be determined by NewPath Wellness. Your price reflects an averaged cost across all services.

6. Expiration

Track Packages expire 6 months from purchase unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
