Kate Fox is a clinical soft‑tissue therapist and movement specialist with 25 years of experience and more than 30,000 hands‑on sessions. Her specialized work focuses on treating performing artists when conventional approaches have failed. She integrates orthopedic assessment, neuromuscular therapy, postural analysis, and movement education to identify root causes and support career longevity. In addition to her faculty positions, she has been a guest speaker and presenter across the U.S, and held numerous positions as a mentor, manager, and trainer.

This certification reflects the clinical reasoning, professionalism, and mentorship standards used at NewPath Wellness and PAITC, and Kate’s life-long journey in the study of the body..

Pathway Beyond the Certification

This program is a prerequisite for working within NewPath Wellness.

Graduates who demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, professionalism, and alignment with program standards may be invited into:

Standard Enrollment Period, $3,450: February 22 – March 9

Late Enrollment / Final Seats, $3,950: March 10 – March 19
Late enrollment is subject to availability and is intended for final seat placement only.

Deposit & Payment Schedule

If your application is accepted, you will need to secure your seat with a $750 non-refundable deposit.

Remaining tuition may be paid in up to three total payments (deposit + two additional payments), structured as follows:

  • Deposit: $750 due upon acceptance

  • Payment 2: Due by March 26 (program start)

  • Payment 3: Due by April 26

Payment plans are finalized upon acceptance. All tuition must be paid in full by April 26.

Is this an entry‑level certification?

No. This program is designed for licensed or certified bodyworkers with clinical experience. It is not

appropriate for beginners.

Do I need prior experience working with performing artists?

No. Prior experience is helpful but not required. Many participants use this program as a structured entry into performing arts medicine, and advanced clinical training.

Is employment at NewPath Wellness guaranteed?

No. Completion of the program makes you eligible for mentorship and consideration, but employment is not guaranteed.

Is this program accredited?

Accreditation is currently pending with NCBTMB. Updates will be shared as they become available.

What is the time commitment?

The program runs from March 26 through May 28. Full participation is expected for all sessions.

What happens after I apply?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You will receive notice of the decision as soon as possible.

What additional supplies are needed?

There are several textbooks that are required reading that will need to be purchased and are not included with tuition. Sheets, emollients, and any other supplies will be provided to students.

  • Learn to apply the DIVA framework to real clinical scenarios

  • Refine observation, assessment, and treatment planning skills

Each session includes a focused addition to clinical expertise—from assessment refinement to advanced draping and treatment strategies.
